Jori is currently the Associate Director of Academic Engagement at the Swearer Center for Public Service at Brown University and the Director of the MusicWorks Network, a constellation of mission-aligned music and youth development programs organized by Community MusicWorks. In recent years Jori founded and curated arts events and public programming at 186 Carpenter (2010-2017), directed the Media Lab at Community MusicWorks, was an artist-educator at the RISD Museum, and co-coordinated Providence Provision.

A printmaker, painter, and photographer, Jori also plays bass drum in the What Cheer? Brigade, a 20+ member brass/punk band; serves as an advisor to Providence HONK, a celebratory activist music festival she formerly helped coordinate; and was briefly trending on YouTube in 2011 for her video “Joey Quits.”
